Sercan is the founder of DAS and specialises in delay analysis. Sercan is known for his exceptional analytical skills and his keen eye for detail. Sercan has 17 years of experience as an engineer and consultant and has undertaken analyses on major projects around the world in most sectors. These include power stations in Australia, the Middle East and South America; oil and gas projects in the Middle East, Asia, Australia and South America; mines in Australia, South East Asia and Latin America, rail systems in Romania and Canada; offshore projects (pipeline and platforms) in Australia, Brazil and Mexico.

Notably, Sercan has been appointed as delay expert in more than 10 occasions. Sercan testified and was cross-examined in eight occasions.
